​If I get the opportunity of being a head boy, I will be helpful to learners and lead by example. A good leader combines clarity, accountability, and empathy. They set clear directions for people, take responsibility for both wins and mistakes, and develop others. If a learner is being bullied, I will check if he or she is hurt and get them help, as well as follow up. I want to bring positive change by being a bridge between students and teachers, and also promote respect and teamwork.
