My name is Esonasipho, and my surname is Majola.
โ€‹If I get the opportunity of being a head boy, I will be helpful to learners and lead by example. A good leader combines clarity, accountability, and empathy. They set clear directions for people, take responsibility for both wins and mistakes, and develop others. If a learner is being bullied, I will check if he or she is hurt and get them help, as well as follow up. I want to bring positive change by being a bridge between students and teachers, and also promote respect and teamwork.
โ€‹Things I like about my school: they are always ready to share knowledge with us and give more time to teaching us new things.

Good morning fellow students and teachers. My name is Nosipho, my surname is Makhya and I am doing grade 6B today. I am here to ask u'all to vote for me. I want to be a head girl because I want to change the environment of my school from being bullied and being treated unfairly by other learners.
Changing this economy makes it to be a better place. Honesty, courage and discipline makes a good leader is shown by actions. If I saw a learner being bullied at school, I would attend that situation and solve that problem so that the children can feel safe and protected at all times.
What I would improve at our school as a chosen leader is protection, guidance and honesty. One thing I like about our school is that our school is supportive, loving and caring for each other, just as the way I will do.
Please vote for me to be your leader. I will lead you with love, respect, intelligence and honesty. Choosing me as your leader would be a great choice because we can engage our school and make it even a better place. Thank you.

Greetings to my schoolmates and teachers.
โ€‹I want to be a head girl because I care about our school. I want to be a voice for learners and a role model for younger students. A good leader should lead with intelligence, be responsible, and lead by good example. They should be respectful and good at communicating. If there is a learner being bullied, I would make sure that learner is safe and report it to a teacher. I would like to improve communication by having a suggestion box and regular meetings so every learner's voice is heard. What I like about our school is the opportunities, because the school gives us a chance to grow, discover our talents, and prepare for a bright future.
โ€‹Thank you.

Good morning teachers and fellow learners. My name is Zoellie Mhlongo from Grade 6B. I have been a proud learner of Manzolwandle Primary School for the past 6 years. Since Grade 1, Manzolwandle has shaped me into the young girl I am today and has played an important role in my academic success. I am proud to say that I consistently place in the top 10 in my grade. Our school slogan says, "Success favors hard work." I believe that success comes from hard work. If selected as your head girl, I promise to put these values into action:
โ€‹Promote discipline by leading by example and helping bring order.
โ€‹Support teachers and learners whenever they need assistance.
โ€‹Promote kindness, respect, and care, and stand against bullying.
โ€‹Most importantly, I will continue to work hard in my studies and lead by example, because a good leader doesn't tell others what to do, but shows them how it is done.
โ€‹Thank you.
